Return policy: 30-day money-back guarantee (less shipping charges) on product. Returns made within 90 days are eligible for a product exchange or credit toward a future purchase. All distributor refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Literature, business and training aids, and promotional items may not be returned for reimbursement. Before making a return, it is necessary to contact Network Services for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
The RMA# must be displayed on the outside of the returned package(s). Essential Wellness cannot accept any returns without an RMA #. Damaged products must be returned to Essential Wellness within 90 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
